Bathroom Installation in Whitley Bay – Modern Design with Brushed Brass & Oak Features
We’ve recently completed a full bathroom installation in Whitley Bay, delivering a modern, stylish space that combines luxury finishes with warm, natural textures. This project is a great example of how thoughtful design and high-quality materials can completely transform a bathroom.
The Bathroom Design
For this installation, the customer wanted a clean, contemporary look while keeping the room warm and inviting. We achieved this by combining brushed brass fixtures, marble-effect wall panels, and natural oak finishes.
The centrepiece of the room is a P-shape shower bath, offering both a spacious showering area and the option of a relaxing bath. To complement this, we installed brushed brass features throughout, including:

These details tie the whole space together and give the bathroom a premium, cohesive finish.
Furniture, Walls & Flooring
We installed a Davos Oak vanity unit and matching WC unit, adding warmth and practical storage. To create a real feature within the room, we fitted natural oak slatted panels in the bath area and behind the sink, complete with integrated spotlights to highlight the texture and depth of the wood.
The walls were finished using Marble Trevore SPC wall boards, providing a sleek, modern look while being durable and easy to maintain. For the flooring, we installed Modena SPC flooring, which is water-resistant, hard-wearing, and ideal for busy bathrooms.
The combination of marble and oak gives the bathroom a balanced design — modern, bright, and full of character.
